The Bar Beehive Shop Return Policy
At The Bar Beehive Shop, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved curating items for you. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Please read our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery/receipt of your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exclusions:
Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Damaged or used items will not be eligible for refunds.
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at shop@thebarbeehive.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and if approved, process your refund to the original payment method in no later than 10 days. (Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.)
Exchanges
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery at support@thebarbeehive.com. Please be sure to include photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
